About Atlas

Proper time, proper assessment, proper care.

Atlas is a specialist physiotherapy clinic at Brogdale Farm in Faversham, Kent. We bring focused expertise under one roof, give every patient the time a proper assessment needs, and build the plan around your goals.

Our story

The clinic we always wanted to build.

Atlas began with a simple goal: to offer the kind of physiotherapy we would want for our own families, and to keep that standard as the team grows.

Atlas was founded by Connor Jayes, an Advanced Physiotherapist Practitioner, after more than a decade across the NHS, private practice and professional sport.

He wanted to build a clinic where care is unhurried, honest and genuinely tailored to the person in front of him, the kind of physiotherapy he would want for his own family.

Today Atlas is a growing team of specialists working under one roof at Brogdale Farm in Faversham, covering musculoskeletal physiotherapy, paediatric care and specialist hand therapy. As the clinic grows, the standard stays the same.

Every appointment starts with a thorough assessment, leads to a clear diagnosis, and ends with a realistic plan built around your goals. No unnecessary appointments, no treatment beyond what is clinically justified, just the care you actually need.

Our Philosophy

The Atlas approach to physiotherapy

Evidence-based practice

Every treatment decision is informed by the best available clinical evidence. Our clinicians regularly review the latest research to ensure their practice reflects current best practice.

Whole-person assessment

Pain and injury do not exist in isolation. We consider your lifestyle, activity levels, work demands, and goals to build a complete picture before recommending treatment.

Patient education

Understanding your condition is a critical part of recovery. Your clinician takes time to explain your diagnosis clearly and equips you with the knowledge and tools to manage your own health long-term.

Honest, outcome-focused care

No unnecessary appointments or prolonged treatment beyond what is clinically justified. We will always give you an honest assessment and a realistic timeline for recovery.

Patient Reviews

What patients say

5/5 Stars – Highly Recommended!I cannot recommend Connor at Atlas Physio highly enough. From my very first appointment, it was clear that he genuinely cares about his patients and their recovery. He is an exceptional listener who takes the time to truly understand your issues and goals. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, Connor explores multiple treatment options to find the absolute best path forward for your specific situation. What I appreciate most is how clearly he explains everything—from the root cause of the problem to how each exercise helps. If you are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and thorough physiotherapist, go see Connor!

Connor has been brilliant helping me out during an extended period I have been in Faversham. He is clearly a real expert which gives huge confidence in his advice and treatments, and he has also been really flexible in appointment times to make sure I got my sessions. His consulting / treatment room is completely new and has all the latest tech! I can’t recommend highly enough.

Hi Conner just a line to thankyou for your help with a rather persistent sciatic nerve that was getting the better of me.A six course session has done wonders thanks to your professional and skilled approach towards an ageing problem. When the time comes I will use and recommend your services to the many other people I know (mainly ageing) and being locally situated at Brogdale is great Thanks very much Andy Barker
