Option A · Self-pay
Pay directly per session
The simplest route. Book, attend, pay. No referrals, no policy numbers, no waiting on authorisation. Most patients pay this way.

Option B · Insurance
Through your private insurer
If you have a private health policy, treatment may be covered. We work with all the major providers — most policies cover physiotherapy without a GP referral.

- We invoice your insurer directly where supported
