Helping patients regain function, reduce pain, and return to the activities that matter most to them.
Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist with extensive experience in hand therapy across both the NHS and private practice.
Harriet graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2014 with a 2:1 in Physiotherapy and began her NHS career shortly afterwards. Having developed a strong interest in hand therapy early on, she specialised in the field in 2016 and has since dedicated her practice to assessing and treating a wide range of hand and wrist conditions.
She has extensive experience managing trigger finger, carpal tunnel syndrome, hand and wrist osteoarthritis, and a variety of post-operative conditions such as trapeziectomies and Dupuytren’s fasciectomies, alongside many other hand and wrist conditions.
Committed to evidence-based care, Harriet has completed several courses through the British Association of Hand Therapists (BAHT) to further develop her specialist knowledge and clinical skills. She is also experienced in the fabrication of custom thermoplastic splints. If you think you may require a splint as part of your treatment, please enquire before booking.
Harriet takes a patient-centred approach, working collaboratively with each person to achieve their goals and optimise recovery. Outside of work she enjoys staying active, playing padel, going to the gym, or walking her dogs.
